Sate Bumbu Dendeng - Coconut-Cream Marinated Dog On Skewe
Serve:

1 dogmeat
1 pickled hot pepper sauce.
1 marinade:
1 coconut cream
1 soy sauce
1 garlic
1 onions
1 ground coriander
1 ground cumin
1 salt and pepper
For anyone intrepid enough, here’s an Indonesian recipe:
Cut dogmeat into pieces and marinate them in a mixture of coconut cream
with a little soy sauce, pounded garlic and onions, ground coriander,
ground cumin, salt and pepper. Skewer, broil over charcoal and serve with a
pickled hot pepper sauce.
