Comance Fried Frog Legs
Serve:
1 recipe
2 lb frog legs
1/2 c cooking oil
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 ts salt
1/2 c cornmeal
1/4 ts pepper
Mix the cornmeal, egg, salt and peper together with enough water to form a
batter. Place the oil in an iron skillet and dip the frog legs into the
batter and cook for about 30 minutes until they are brown on all sides.
