Shrimp Salad
Serve:

1 lb shrimp, cooked, chopped
2 ea celery stalks, chopped
1 ea egg, boiled, finely chopped
1 ts pickle relish
2 tb mayonnaise
1 salt & pepper to taste
Mix ingredients together thoroughly and add seasoning to taste. Serve on
lettuce or stuffed Avocado.
