Sesame Buttered Noodles

Serve:

4 servings


12 oz Spaghetti, uncooked
1 1/2 tb Tahini
1 tb Light miso
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Chives
Black pepper

Prepare the noodles according to the package directions. Drain,
rinse & set aside.

Combine tahini, miso & water in a small pot to form a creamy sauce.
Cook over a medium heat, stirring constanty, until thickened. This
should take about 3 minutes. Add more water as necessary to make a
medium thick sauce.

Gently toss sauce with the cooked noodles, chives & black pepper.
Serve at once.
