Quick Pasta Salad

Serve:

2 servings


1 c Uncooked whole wheat or
— spinach elbow macaroni
— shells, or spirals
1 1/2 c Chopped mixed vegetables
1/2 c Oil free salad dressing

Cook the macaroni in boiling water just til tender, 8-10 mins. Mix
with the veggies and dressing, and toss to coat.
