Open Salt Beef Bagel
Serve:
4 servings
4 Plain bagels
200 g Creme fraiche; (7oz)
2 tb Wholegrain mustard
1 100 g pack Hot Deli salt

Cut the bagels in half.
Mix the creme fraiche and mustard and divide the mixture between the bagel
halves.
Top with the Hot Deli salt beef and serve immediately.
